Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned within 30 days after delivery for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • The item meets all return eligibility requirements.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned package.

Please note that items marked as “Specials” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items

  • Swimwear

Swimwear may only be returned or exchanged if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong item was received

When submitting a return or exchange request for defective or incorrect items, please provide clear photos showing the issue.

After receiving confirmation from our customer service team, please return the item with all original packaging. A valid tracking number for the return shipment is required.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned package.

3. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

4. Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment, a partial refund will be issued after deducting a 15% cancellation fee.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
